Recording format description:
The recording format of the voice recorder defaults to the ‘WAV’ format, which is a professional recording format that provides users with 4 recording qualities: 512kbps, 768kbps, 1024kbps, and 1536kbps.
The voice recorder also has a recording format, ‘MP3’, which is not a professional recording format, so the recording quality can only reach 128kbps. Buyers can choose according to their needs.
Memory selection instructions:
Voice recording quality is very high, and the same recording time, choose a higher quality recording method, the recorded file is larger. If you prefer to choose a higher-quality recording method, we recommend that you choose 16G or 32G. The large storage capacity allows you to use the recorder more conveniently, and you never have to worry about insufficient storage capacity.
Troubleshooting：
• The original format of the recording is WAV. If you use MAC, you need to manually set it to MP3
• The recorder is frozen: press and hold the power button for about 20 seconds to restart it, then plug it into the computer to activate it.
• Do not format the recorder on MAC IOS. If you want to clear the memory, the recorder can format itself. If you have formatted it on MAC, please reformat it on Windows.
